If you like pasta based salads, this one is light, yet still filling and easy to adjust ingredient wise on any specific preferences. We choose to add in celery, peppers, cucumber and onion for a bit of extra crunch and nutrients from some extra veggies!

HOW TO MAKE THIS EASY MACARONI SALAD
Boil the pasta. Start by boiling your macaroni noodles. Drain the noodles and run under cold water.
Prep your produce. While your pasta is cooking, start to prep your vegetables and gather all your sauce ingredients.
Assemble your salad: In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss to coat. Keep the salad chilled until you are ready to serve.
